Winners of “Letter of the Month” should specify on a SEPARATE sheet of paper, which product they liked best and which product they would like to receive as their free case. Please include full delivery address, e-mail address, and phone number. Product will be sent by DHL, by ground or air, depending on type of product and whether product is perishable or not. Choice of product may be limited by product availability and/or by country (not all product is available in all countries)
Winner will be notified in writing. Only one winner per family/location / household will be permitted. Contest ONLY available in Canada and the United States mainland.
How do I get delivery to my restaurant in New York City?
Getting service in New York City is easy! We have two types of service; (1) Distributors (Foodservice and Retail), or (2) our own route delivery system. Either way, you’ll pay competitive prices and get excellent service. We work with many of the best major New York area distributors.
If you want direct service, please call (718)499-1818 and tell the receptionist where you are located and that you want delivery on one of our routes, or, if not, that you need a referral to one of our local distributors. We don’t compete with our distributors, rather, we work “hand-in-hand” with them.
Or you may call David Ross, our route delivery expert at (347)992-3497. David is sure to be able to find a distribution solution for you. In addition, David can help you set up a true wrap and/or panini program in your stores, along with all kinds of signage, recipes, and professional assistance.
How do I get delivery to my restaurant outside of NY City?
There are many ways to service you. We work with many distributors nationwide. Although it is natural for our distribution to be more strong in the northeast U.S. where we are based, we estimate that we are current able to service nearly 38% of the U.S. population. We have distribution from Maine to Florida, and from New York to Wisconsin.
HOWEVER, if you are in an area where we do not yet have one of your distributors set up, we have a “Charge’N’Ship program available. This means that we can ship to you directly, until we can set up a distributor for you. Of course, only our longer-shelf-life products such as wraps and breadsticks can be shipped on this program, as we want our product to arrive to you fresh and ready to go!
Our goal is to have the best distributors in the country bring our products to you. However, we also want to make sure that the very best customers get the very best product, so until we’re able to work with one of your distributors, it is our pleasure to offer you this service.

I saw your products and fell in love with them, but you don’t have a distributor in my area. Can I get your wraps shipped directly to my business?
Yes. If we don’t have a distributor for you, we will offer to direct ship you our wraps or breadsticks via our Charge n’Ship Program. Our very perishable items can not be shipped via this program, as shipping is done via DHL Ground. Generally services takes 7-10 days and must be paid via credit card. Once we find a distributor near you, we hope that you will decide to purchase through them.

Yes. By clicking here , you can download our credit application. Please print out and fill out the form and fax to Barbara Adams at 718-788-5174. Processing can take from 7-10 days (we do our best, but creditors are sometimes slow to respond. If you have a D & B number, this will help expedite things.
You may call Barbara at 718-499-1818 in a few days to see if credit has been established yet. It is also possible that if you haven’t purchased from us in a while that we ask you to repeat the process so we may update your records.
